Chef René Hachez lovingly prepares some local recipes that reconcile you with the human race. Alone in the kitchen and in the dining room, he cares lovingly for this food harmoniously chosen and prepared, finding purely fantastic food and wine pairings. As an example, we had dinner that evening with a cream of pumpkin soup, followed by a slice of foie gras just cooked with a fig jam and a Gros Manseng 2006 Domaine des Cassagnoles (Gondrin 32330), ideally adapted.
